چکیده

Obesity is the accumulation of abnormal or excessive fat which leads to inflammation and disturbs optimal state health an individual. development both cardiovascular diseases non-cardiovascular such as psoriasis, depression, cancer, renal etc. If level adiponectin decreased, a significant predictor mortality, associated with impaired fasting glucose, leading type-2 diabetes development, metabolic abnormalities, coronary artery calcification stroke, are all backed by chronic inflammation. if controlled will help reduce risks other inflammatory disorders via inhibiting mechanisms. Inflammation created obesity puts excess load in kidneys severe kidney damage also.

Multiparity leads to obesity and inflammation in mothers and obesity in male offspring.

Multiparity is an independent risk factor for obesity in parous females. In addition to being a health issue for the mother, offspring of multiparous females may also be at risk for obesity later in life. The aim of the current study was to establish a mouse model that mimics the human pathology of multiparity and determine the effects of multiparity-induced obesity (MIO) on offspring in adulth...

WISP1 is a novel adipokine linked to inflammation in obesity.

WISP1 (Wnt1-inducible signaling pathway protein-1, also known as CCN4) is a member of the secreted extracellular matrix-associated proteins of the CCN family and a target gene of the Wingless-type (WNT) signaling pathway. Growing evidence links the WNT signaling pathway to the regulation of adipogenesis and low-grade inflammation in obesity. We aimed to validate WISP1 as a novel adipokine. Huma...

P162: Emerging Perspectives on Mtor-Associated Inflammation in Neurodegenerative Diseases

Inflammatory processes have been shown to be involved in development and progression of neurodegenerative diseases. Mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) involves in various cellular processes including autophagy, apoptosis and energy metabolism. Recently, studies have been shown an association between mTOR pathway and inflammation, supporting the role of the pathway in the pathogenesis of infla...
